Beaute & Be – Terms & Conditions
We value your time and ours. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and the highest level of service for all clients.
Appointments & Booking Deposits
- A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- During peak periods (November–January), a 50% deposit may be required.
- Deposits are applied toward your treatment total on the day of your appointment.
- Credit card details may be securely stored to facilitate bookings and enforce cancellation policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- With more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking or refunded.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Same-day cancellations or failure to attend will incur a 100% service fee.
- Clients who repeatedly cancel late or fail to attend may be refused future bookings.
Appointment Reminders
- SMS reminders are sent prior to your appointment to help you manage your booking and avoid fees.
Gift Vouchers
- Valid for 3 years from date of purchase and expire at the end of the stated month.
- Not redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
- Can be used for services or retail products. Excluding using promotional vouchers for retail purchases.
- Only one promotional voucher can be used per appointment.
- Must be presented at time of treatment.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Unused balances may be carried forward.
- Price differences due to service increases will be charged at checkout.
- Vouchers used to secure bookings will be forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
Prepaid Treatments & Packages
- Prepaid treatments, packages, promotions, memberships, and gift cards may be used as booking deposits.
- Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepaid value used.
- For change of mind (with no missed appointment), remaining value will be issued as a gift voucher.
- Prepaid treatments can be exchanged for services of equal value or greater value with difference payable.
Retail Products
- All products are sourced from authorised Australian suppliers.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided for change of mind on services, products, prepaid treatments, or gift vouchers.
- In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at management discretion.
Client Conduct & Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service or decline future bookings where clients:
- Engage in abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour
- Repeatedly miss appointments or cancel late
- Fail to comply with our policies

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and AfterPay
Purpose of Policy
These policies are in place to cover costs associated with missed appointments, protect staff time, and ensure availability for all clients while maintaining fairness and flexibility.
